What are the delivery charges for orders from the Online Shop?
Since we are an online Logo Design company, there will be no charges for delivery.
Which payment methods are accepted in the Online Shop?
We currently accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, PayPal, IDEAL, Bancontact, and SOFORT.
How long will delivery take?
That is dependent on what you order. We give an indication for how long each logo will take on the product overview page. In general, it will take between 1-2 working days to get you your first copy of the logo. For website design, it can take a lot longer and is determined on a case by case basis.
How secure is shopping in the Online Shop? Is my data protected?
All transactions are processed through Mollie or PayPal. Both of these platforms offer fully encrypted interfaces ensuring that all data provided is kept safe. Most importantly, none of your financial details are kept at The Logo Studio, so you can be sure your data is secure.
What exactly happens after ordering?
Once we have reviewed your needs, we will get to work on your personalised logo design. If for any reason we need to get in touch for clarification, we will do so as soon as possible. When our designers have finished the first draft, a member of the team will upload your initial logo to your account. From here it is possible to provide feedback, whereby we will make some final adjustments. It’s as simple as that.
Do I receive an invoice for my order?
Yes, The Logo Studio will provide you with an invoice for your custom designed logo. If you need a website designed and / or a logo as well, this will also be included on a custom invoice.
